Terms of Use

These terms govern use of KasiCart by customers, sellers, and administrators. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.

Marketplace role

KasiCart provides product discovery, pickup-order capture, seller tools, QR links, and administration workflows. Each seller is responsible for its products, descriptions, prices, stock, pickup location, customer communication, and fulfilment. KasiCart does not process online payment and is not the seller of listed goods unless expressly stated.

Customer orders

• An order is a pickup request until the seller confirms stock and collection time.
• Prices shown are estimates based on the seller catalogue. The seller must explain and obtain agreement for any change.
• A new unconfirmed order may expire automatically and release reserved stock.
• Customers must provide accurate contact information, order only for legitimate purposes, and collect within the confirmed period.

Seller obligations

• Verify the account email and obtain administrator approval before the shop becomes public.
• Keep product, price, stock, pickup, operating-hour, contact, and safety information accurate.
• Confirm, prepare, cancel, and complete orders using the permitted status sequence.
• Use customer information only to fulfil, support, or resolve the relevant order.
• Do not list unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading, or prohibited goods.

Accounts and security

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and devices. Administrator accounts must use MFA. Recovery codes must be stored securely. Attempts to bypass access controls, scrape private information, inflate traffic, interfere with availability, or test security without authorization are prohibited.

Moderation and suspension

KasiCart may request additional information, hide listings, suspend shops or accounts, cancel abusive requests, preserve audit evidence, or report suspected unlawful conduct. Automated risk signals may create a review case, but material enforcement decisions should receive administrator review.

Availability and liability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, database or network failures, security response, or events beyond reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, KasiCart is not responsible for seller stock errors, product quality, off-platform payments, travel to pickup points, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

A user may stop using KasiCart at any time. Account closure does not remove records that must be retained for active orders, disputes, fraud prevention, audits, or legal obligations. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
